QĪN is helmed by Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov, who has spent 18 years honing his skills at some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants, which include 2-Michelin Star Restaurant Icarus at Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Do & Co in Vienna, the famed 3-Michelin Star NOma 2.0 in Denmark, and Cure.
This November, Chef Maksym presents an intriguing and inspiring menu, featuring signature dishes such as Alaskan Halibut with Hokkaido Pumpkin, Lemongrass Velouté and Thai Basil, as well as A4 Kagoshima Wagyu Tenderloin with Braised Leek and Black Vinegar.
